My mission is to to empower and build empathetic capacity and resiliency in individuals, communities and organizations that will take them through the fourth industrial revolution and beyond.

My name is Gharam Mahfouz and I’ll be your personal guide and coach along this journey into developing, growing and maintaining your skills in empathy and resiliency.

About the founder:

Gharam has a background in Conflict Resolution, with a focus around emotional engagement in personal and professional relationships. A “human behavior expert”, Gharam coaches, teaches and provides management consulting services. She works with a broad range of people and organizations. Her clients range from startups to some of the world’s largest organizations. She founded Spark Empathy, the organization inspires and educates individuals and organizations. It teaches how to execute their goals and plans using skills developed through EQ. In addition to her community workshops, Gharam has presented her work “Leading with Empathy” to senior executives in government. Gharam remains highly active in providing individuals with ongoing 1-on-1 coaching from goal setting to execution. She’s facilitated numerous workshops for people in the Ottawa Community.
